We built the Pilates studio more people were secretly wishing existed.

A woman with dark hair and tattoos on her arms, wearing a black t-shirt and a smartwatch, stands outside a building with a large window and a sign that reads 'Pilates.'

A place where strength, fun, coaching, style, and genuine community all get to live in the same room. Wild concept, we know.

Fire & Flow started with a very simple feeling: too many movement spaces were missing the point.

They were either intimidating, impersonal, painfully boring, or so image-obsessed that people spent more time wondering if they belonged than actually connecting to their body. And meanwhile, real humans, good humans, funny humans, busy humans, strong-and-getting-stronger humans, were out there trying to find something that actually fit.

So Fire & Flow was built to be that place. A place where people could get coached well, get strong for real, and still feel like themselves. A place with heat, humor, style, challenge, support, and enough life in it that people would actually want to come back.

As the vision grew, so did the model. That’s why Fire & Flow became two studio experiences under one brand: one more boutique and dialed-in, one more dynamic and community-driven. Same standards. Same heart. More ways for people to find their home here.

“I built Fire & Flow because people deserve a place to get stronger without feeling like they have to become someone else first.”

Fire & Flow is founder-led and standards-driven, which means every coach, every class, and every client experience is shaped by the same philosophy. We believe people deserve smart programming, real coaching, clear support, and a room that feels good to walk into. The faces may vary. The standard does not.

Real Coaching

We cue, correct, teach, and support. People do not come here to be ignored in a cute room while somebody yells “pulse!”

Strength Without Elitism

We want people to feel powerful, not intimidated. You can work hard here and still feel completely welcome here.

Fun With Purpose

The vibe is not an accident. It’s part of what helps people stay, and staying is how people change.

Meet the people behind the burn, the laughs, and the “oh wow, I can actually do this” moments.

Draven Lane — Founder

Draven built Fire & Flow because too many fitness spaces felt intimidating, impersonal, boring, or just deeply not it. Her vision was to create a place where people could get genuinely strong, be coached really well, and feel like they belonged from day one. Her classes blend reformer Pilates foundations, mat work, and strength-forward programming in a way that feels smart, fiery, supportive, and full of life. She believes movement should build people up, not make them feel like they’re behind.

Emily

Certified Pilates pro. Former soccer star. Mom of girls who dance like nobody’s watching (because they are). With 14 years of soccer and 5 years on the swim team under her belt, Emily knows what it means to challenge the body while playing the long game. She started teaching in 2023, inspired by the flexibility (literally and figuratively) that Pilates offers—especially helpful as a busy mom of young girls.

Peyton

Peyton discovered Pilates when she was 16, and something about it just clicked… the movement, the focus, the way it made her feel strong and centered. It’s been her go-to ever since. At Fire & Flow, Peyton is stepping into her journey as an Instructor-in-Training with a spark that everyone immediately notices. She’s open, observant, dedicated, and genuinely thrilled to grow within the Pilates world and bring that fresh enthusiasm into every class she touches. Outside the studio,

Kait

Meet Kait Dennehy — sunshine in human form, with a side of “deep breath, you’ve got this.” New to Austin from New York, Kait’s teaching style is equal parts grounding and energizing: breath-led flows, strong Pilates foundations, and that calm, earthy vibe that makes your nervous system feel like it just got a warm hug. Kait is a Certified Ayurvedic Specialist, 200-hour Yoga Instructor, and certified Mat/Reformer/Tower Pilates teacher. Expect classes that help you build strength, find ease, and leave feeling taller, lighter, and more you.

Amber

Amber Sky is a former professional dancer with an extensive background teaching pilates, yoga and dance. Over the last 20 years she’s produced retreats and teacher trainings in 7 countries and taught for some of the world’s most revered gyms, retreat centers, destination spas, and festivals. She was initially trained and certified through the Ron Fletcher Program of Study on all pilates apparatus and mat. Beyond pilates she’s completed over 600 hrs in yoga teacher trainings over the years. Pilates and yoga have transformed her life and she loves nothing more than empowering her students with these techniques.

Alexa

When she’s not working in the operating room, Alexa’s lighting up the reformer with a fierce love for Pilates and an eye for detail. Originally from the Reno-Tahoe area, she brings high-altitude energy, a competitive spirit (pickleball, anyone?), and a passion for helping bodies feel really good. Her classes? Think athletic, powerful, and intelligently designed to lengthen, strengthen, and sculpt you lean. Whether it’s a yoga-infused gentle flow or a heart-pumping Fire session with weights and cardio, Alexa blends form, function, and a sprinkle of sweat in every session.

Proof that it’s not just us being obsessed with this place.

What we’ll always stand for

Fire & Flow will always be a place where strong coaching, strong community, and strong bodies matter. We will keep building rooms that welcome people in, challenge them intelligently, and help them feel more at home in the body they live in. We will keep choosing soul over sterility, people over posturing, and real results over empty aesthetics. That part does not change.
