FAQs

What Makes Us Different

  • Fire & Flow is strength-based Pilates with a real pulse. We blend smart programming, actual coaching, a genuinely welcoming community, and two different studio experiences under one brand. We’re not trying to be cold, exclusive, or generic. We’re trying to build strong humans and a place they’re excited to come back to.

  • We give people options without watering down the standard. Nutty Brown is more boutique and hands-on. Trailhead is bigger and more community-driven. We also bring mat Pilates into the mix for people who want that deeper connection to classical Contrology with Fire & Flow’s strength-forward edge. And yes, the retail boutique is part of the fun too.

  • Because this is about more than checking the “worked out” box. If you want stronger coaching, stronger community, stronger programming, and a place that actually feels like somewhere you belong, that’s what we do. You can get a workout anywhere. The feeling of finally finding your place? That’s rarer.

Fit & Eligibility

  • Fire & Flow is for humans who want to feel stronger, move better, and belong somewhere that feels alive. Beginners, longtime Pilates lovers, men, women, people returning to movement, sporty people, anxious people, strong people, “I have no idea what I’m doing but I’m willing” people. All welcome.

  • Yes. Absolutely. A lot of our people start with little to no reformer or mat Pilates experience. You do not need to arrive polished. You just need to arrive.

  • Nope. Not even a little. That is not the homework. The whole point is that you start where you are and build from there.

Pick a Studio

  • Choose Nutty Brown if you want more hands-on coaching, smaller classes, and a boutique feel.

Choose Trailhead if you want more availability, more community buzz, and a bigger-room energy. If you’re not sure, ask us. We love matching people to their right room.

  • No. Bigger does not mean sloppier. Trailhead still runs on the Fire & Flow standard. The difference is the energy, not the care.

  • Not at all. Nutty Brown is just more boutique and more dialed-in. It’s a great fit for anyone who wants closer coaching, more detail, and a more intimate room, no matter where they’re starting.

How It Works

  • You get reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, strength-forward programming, real coaching, beginner-friendly pathways, two studio experiences, and a community that makes consistency easier. Depending on the class and location, you’ll get more foundational support, more heat, more athletic challenge, or more precision. And if you’re into the lifestyle side of things, the boutique gives you athleisure, wellness staples, beauty, accessories, and cool little extras to shop too.

  • You choose your studio, grab your intro offer or first class, and we help you figure out the best place to start. From there, you get coached, supported, challenged, and more confident as you build consistency. No mystery. No “just figure it out." We’ll help you get moving.

  • Most people do great at 2–4 classes a week, depending on goals, schedule, and experience. The sweet spot is consistency. You do not need to become a full-time reformer goblin. You just need enough repetition for your body to adapt and get stronger.

Pricing & Getting Started

  • Pricing depends on the studio and the option you choose, but we offer clear entry points so you can get started without spiraling over the decision. Intro offers help you test the waters, and from there you can choose the membership or package that fits your goals and your preferred studio vibe.

  • Some memberships include a commitment, while intro offers and other options are there to make getting started easier. The best move is to look at current pricing for the studio you want and choose the path that matches how you actually want to train.

  • That’s the tweet.

Pick your studio. Grab the intro offer or first class. Show up. We’ll help with the rest. That’s it.
