THE TEAM
Meet your
hype team.
The people behind the burn, the laughs, and the “oh wow, I can actually do this” moments.
THE FOUNDER
Draven Lane
Founder · Nutty Brown + Trailhead
Draven built Fire and Flow because too many fitness spaces felt intimidating, impersonal, boring, or just deeply not it. Her vision was to create a place where people could get genuinely strong, be coached really well, and feel like they belonged from day one. Her classes blend reformer Pilates foundations, mat work, and strength-forward programming in a way that feels smart, fiery, supportive, and full of life. She believes movement should build people up, not make them feel like they’re behind.
THE VIBE CURATOR

Emily is a comprehensively certified BASI Pilates instructor with a passion for helping clients build strength, mobility, and confidence through intentional movement. Her journey with Pilates began over a decade ago with mat work, but her love for the method truly took hold when she discovered the reformer. Drawn to its low-impact yet powerful approach, she continued practicing throughout her second pregnancy, appreciating how adaptable and supportive Pilates could be for every stage of life.
With a background in athletics—Emily played soccer for 14 years and was on swim team for 5—she’s always been drawn to movement that challenges the body while supporting longevity. She began teaching in 2023, inspired by the flexibility the profession offers, especially as a mom of young girls.
When she’s not teaching, you can find her hanging at a brewery with her family, at a comedy show or concert, or having a good ‘ole fashioned dance party with her girls.

Meet Alexa Aramini
When she’s not working in the operating room, Alexa’s lighting up the reformer with a fierce love for Pilates and an eye for detail. Originally from the Reno-Tahoe area, she brings high-altitude energy, a competitive spirit (pickleball, anyone?), and a passion for helping bodies feel really good.
Her classes? Think athletic, powerful, and intelligently designed to lengthen, strengthen, and sculpt you lean. Whether it’s a yoga-infused gentle flow or a heart-pumping Fire session with weights and cardio, Alexa blends form, function, and a sprinkle of sweat in every session.
She’s also a globetrotting foodie who lives for great wine, homemade meals, and making movement feel just as joyful as your favorite dinner with friends.
If you’re into classes that feel good and do good for your body—Alexa’s your girl.

Hi! My name is Christy. I am a loving mom of 3 grown boys, 4 dogs, and 2 cats. I have been a teacher for the past 25 years, and decided to combine my love of teaching with my love of Pilates and become an instructor. I am certified in both mat and reformer instruction. I love to travel and try new foods, especially when the whole family can go together, but I also love hanging out at home. Spending time in the pool or curled up on the couch with a book or movie. We are a super competitive family and are always finding new ways to challenge each other. Even though I am small in stature, Pilates helps me compete with all my boys.

Fitness is a huge part of my life. From drill team to skiing to lifting, I’ve always been moving. When every other activity felt dull and repetitive, I tried Pilates and haven’t stopped since. I love how accomplished and in-tune with my body Pilates makes me feel. I started my instructing in a college town with fun, energetic, and challenging classes. Born and raised Austinite, I’m ready to teach new techniques and new clients in my hometown! Outside the studio, I’m working in Health Care, trying new coffee shops, and likely in the mountains on my days off.

Raechel started Pilates in high school to help her performance on the track. She attended mat classes with her mom and was teased for being the youngest yet weakest in class. Shortly after Raechel used her first credit card to buy pilates DVD’s by Mari Windsor.
After college, Raechel decided to become a Pilates instructor. She has full comprehensive trainings in PhysicalMind, Power Pilates and her favorite, Real Pilates. She values the trust clients give her and enjoys educating them in the process. Group training has become Raechel’s primary focus and she loves the community it builds.
Raechel, her amazing husband and family moved to Dripping Springs in January of 2020. Their family is pretty busy with three active kids and three active dogs! She is an avid runner and credits Pilates for keeping her body and mind healthy.

Nicole’s lifelong passion for movement began with dance and sports in her youth. Over the past 20+ years, she has studied and performed a diverse range of styles, including Jazz, Hip-Hop, Cheer/Dance Team, Hula, Salsa, and Bachata. In 2014, Nicole launched her own dance fitness line, Urban Dance Fitness, and soon after opened her own studio in the Seattle area. During the Covid pandemic, Nicole created "Booties, Bellies & Core"—a mobility and strength workout that blends resistance bands with her signature Urban Dance flair. She firmly believes in the power of movement to transform both body and soul.
After moving to Texas in 2022, Nicole discovered a new passion: Pilates. In 2025, Nicole decided to become a Pilates instructor and is very excited to continue expanding her expertise and is eager to share her knowledge, energy, and love of movement with others.

Heather is a mom of four, Pilates lover, and always up for an adventure. With a background in cycling, weight lifting, and staying active with her family, she first found Pilates through mat classes and immediately connected to the way it made her body feel: strong, balanced, and energized. That love for movement quickly grew into a passion for the reformer and all the Pilates apparatuses, eventually leading her to become an instructor herself.
Her classes are supportive, encouraging, and focused on helping clients build strength while feeling good in their bodies. Outside the studio, you’ll usually find her listening to audiobooks, building Legos, or making memories with her family.
